Lesson 7 - The ad says “No agents – don’t call us!”
If the seller is on the DO NOT CALL LIST, do not call them, and offer your services. Check with your broker if you want to call the FSBO if you have a buyer that may be a match for the property.
If the ad says “no agents” I would assume that did not matter to most agents. If you choose to not call the seller, consider popping by their weekend open house. We will cover the strategy for going to FSBO open houses in future chapters. It will be one of the most effective ways to get appointments.
